Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mercado Anyam. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

• Indonesia: 2–5 business days

• Singapore & Malaysia: 3–7 business days
  

• Japan: 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

We offer free shipping to Japan for orders above 15000 Yen, Indonesia / Singapore /Malaysia for orders above 10000 Yen. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee. Some products are rigid thus will have higher oversized shipping fee.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, additional re-shipping fees will apply.
